Responsibilities:


Pest Control work consists of maintaining monthly, bi-monthly, and or weekly services of pest control devices, such as: insect and rodent monitor devices, rodent mechanical traps, fly machines, and interior & exterior rodent feeding stations at different locations on pre-determined route days. At time of service, devices are inspected, dated, and any pest product in need of replacing (IE rodent bait, monitoring devices) and an immediate response is made to any activity found at time of service. Service technician is responsible for resolving any pest issues covered under the service agreement agreed by each individual client. City and Country Pest Control is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual who is interested in pursuing a career in the pest management industry.

  • Must follow the pre- determined service schedule/routes in order to provide consistent services to all our clients.
  • Respond to all client emergency service requests in a timely fashion and complete all service work given each day.
  • Fill out all paperwork related to each client and ensure legibility of service work performed, products used and their amounts, and recommendations on sanitation deficiencies and structural issues that may be contributing to an existing pest issue or risking a future pest issue.
  • All completed work must be handed in on a weekly basis.
  • Keep company vehicle (clean and orderly), keeping it appropriately stocked with products and supplies in order to be able to maintain your company accounts.
  • It’s your responsibility to ensure proper maintenance of company service vehicle (oil changes, tire rotation etc.) always notify office if there is ever a need for greater repairs.
  • Act professionally and as an ambassador of City and Country Pest Control when dealing with clients.
  • On occasion you must be available to work during odd hours, such as evenings, weekends and early mornings.
  • Maintain a valid pest control license and a driver’s license at all times.
  • Understanding of industry regulations and company work safety protocols and procedures
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, and our management team.
