As an essential service, City and Country Pest Control wishes to assure all customers that we are implementing further proactive protocols to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus in the communities which we serve.
Here are the steps we have implemented to ensure the safety of our customers and our service staff.
City and Country Pest Control service technicians are equipped with the following items to maintain the health and welfare of our customers and service staff.
- Disposable gloves
- Face masks & Respirators
- Shoe Covers
- Hand sanitizer
We will ask any City and Country Pest Control employee who begins to exhibit any flu-like symptoms to contact the Public Health Agency and follow the COVID-19 testing protocol, including self-isolation.
We will ask our customers if they are in isolation or experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19 before entering their business or home.
If the response is yes to any of the above, the service will then be postponed until the client is in full remission.
City and Country Pest Control service staff will maintain the recommended six-foot social distancing, as suggested by medical experts. We continuously monitor updates from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Canadian public health authorities, and as protocols change, we will adjust our internal protocols accordingly.
